Return Policy
At The Bike Depot, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy to understand how you can return or exchange items.
Return Policy for Merchandise
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Bikes & hitch racks are NOT returnable.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and stickers intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Used or damaged items
- Customized or personalized items
Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@mybikedepot.com or call us at 864-908-4327 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
3. Ship Your Return: Send the item to the following address:

Please ensure that the package is shipped with a tracking number. The Bike Depot is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Policy for Bike Rentals
Refunds:
- No refunds will be given for bike rentals due to inclement weather. We will be happy to move rental to another day for no charge.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.
