Designed as a true hybrid Ebike, Summit 2 is built for riders whose routes span pavement, gravel, and light trails. A 750W motor with 1300W peak output and 100Nm of torque provides confident, controlled assistance across changing surfaces.
Paired with an eMTB-inspired RST air suspension fork and a 9-speed Shimano CUES drivetrain, Summit 2 delivers stability and composure on mixed terrain. A high-capacity battery offering up to 95 miles of range allows riders to transition easily from weekday commutes to weekend exploration.

Return Policy for Merchandise
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Bikes & hitch racks are NOT returnable.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and stickers intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Used or damaged items
- Customized or personalized items
Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@mybikedepot.com or call us at 864-908-4327 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
3. Ship Your Return: Send the item to the following address:

Please ensure that the package is shipped with a tracking number. The Bike Depot is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Policy for Bike Rentals
Refunds:
- No refunds will be given for bike rentals due to inclement weather. We will be happy to move rental to another day for no charge.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.
