Welcome to The Bike Depot. By using our website (mybikedepot.com), renting our bikes, or purchasing our merchandise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment: All bike rentals will require a non-refundable credit card deposit on our website. 1 deposit required per party.Β
2. Helmet Requirement: Helmets are required to be worn at all times and by all participants.
3. Traffic Laws: Renter(s) must obey all traffic laws and ride with caution.
4. Weather Policy: No refunds on deposits will be given due to inclement weather. However, with your deposit we will gladly transfer your reservation to a better day/time.
5. Minors: Parent/Legal guardian is required to sign the Acknowledgement of Risk form for all underage participants & ride with the minor.
6. Responsibility for Equipment: Renter(s) are responsible for all rented equipment from the time of rental to the time of return, including damage and theft of bicycle(s).
7. Return Policy: Renter(s) are responsible for returning bicycle(s) to the sales area. Abandoned bicycle(s) will incur a fee of $110 per bike.
8. Late Returns: All late returns will be charged a late fee of the hourly rate per item for the number of hours late following a 15-minute grace period.
9. Damage Policy: Damage to bicycle(s) due to inappropriate riding technique will be the responsibility of the renter(s) and subject to fair market value for all parts and labor up to the full value of the bicycle(s).
10. eBikes Use: eBikes have power assist options and should be used responsibly on all trails and roads.
11. Transport Policy: Bikes/eBikes should not be transported by any means other than authorized Bike Depot vehicles.
In consideration of the services of The Bike Depot LLC, their officers, agents, employees, stockholders, and all other persons or entities associated with those businesses (hereafter collectively referred to as βTBDβ) I agree as follows:

Although TBD has taken reasonable steps to provide me with the appropriate equipment so I can enjoy this activity, and skilled guides when participating in a guided tour, I may not have the appropriate skills to participate. TBD has informed me this activity is not without risk. Certain risks are inherent in each activity and cannot be eliminated without destroying the unique character of the activity. These inherent risks are some of the same elements that contribute to the unique character of this activity and can be the cause of loss or damage to my equipment, accidental injury, illness, or in extreme cases, permanent trauma or death. TBD does not want to reduce my enthusiasm for this activity but believes it is important for me to know in advance what to expect and to be informed of the inherent risks. The following describes some, but not all, of those risks:
I am aware that operating a rented bicycle involves risks of injury or death to any participant. I understand the description of these inherent risks is not complete and that other unknown or unanticipated inherent risks may result in injury or death. I agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks identified herein and those inherent risks not specifically identified.

My participation in this activity is purely voluntary; no one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks. I acknowledge that engaging in this activity may require a degree of skill and knowledge different from other activities and that I have responsibilities as a participant. I acknowledge that the staff of TBD has been available to more fully explain to me the nature and physical demands of this activity and the inherent risks, hazards, and dangers associated with this activity. I certify that I am fully capable of participating in this activity. Therefore, I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, including all minor children in my care (custody and control), for bodily injury, death, or loss of personal property and expenses as a result of those inherent risks and dangers identified herein and those inherent risks and dangers not specifically identified, and as a result of my negligence in participating in this activity.

I have carefully read, clearly understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, personal representative, and estate and for all members of my family, including minor children.

Accepted Payment Methods:
βWe accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) for all online transactions. Payment information is securely processed through our payment gateway.
βBilling:
βYour credit card will be charged at the time of booking for rentals, guided tours, and merchandise purchases. Please ensure that your billing information is accurate to avoid any delays in processing your order.
βPricing:
βAll prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
βRefunds:
βRefunds for returned merchandise will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item, undamaged and with all original tags and stickers intact. A 10% restocking fee will apply. No refunds are given for bike rentals due to inclement weather.
Affirm Financing Option:
Approval with Affirm is dependent on an identity and credit check.
-Not all customers will be eligible to buy with Affirm.
-Customers must complete the application on their own. Merchant employees cannot assist the customer in the application process.-
βPayment options are offered by Affirm, are subject to an eligibility check, and may not be available in all states. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

Content Ownership:
βAll content on mybikedepot.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of The Bike Depot or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Usage Rights:
βYou may view, download, and print content from our website for personal use only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification, without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
Bike Rentals:
βA non-refundable deposit of $39.00 is required for each rider at the time of booking. The deposit is credited toward rental costs on the day of booking. In case of inclement weather, you may cancel without charge.
βGuided Tours:
βCancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.
βMerchandise Returns:
βNew bikes and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are undamaged and have all original tags and stickers intact. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
